Article 21 of the Italian Constitution states that “everyone has the right to express their thoughts in words, writing and any other means of dissemination. Printing cannot be subject to authorisation or censorship.” On the other hand, Italian Law n. 62 of 7 Mar 2001, known as “Urbani’s Law”, defines editorial product as: “the product produced on paper, including books, or on computer support devices, intended for publication or, in any case, the dissemination of information to the public by any means, even electronically, or through sound or television broadcasting, with the exclusion of records or film products”.
