Printing cannot be subject to authorisation or censorship.” On the other hand, Italian  Law n. 62 of 7 Mar 2001, known as “Urbani’s Law”, defines  editorial product as: “the product produced on paper, including books, or on computer support devices, intended for publication or, in any case, the dissemination of information to the public by any means, even electronically, or through sound or television broadcasting, with the exclusion of records or film products”.
